These Terms govern your use of GoCatering, an online catering marketplace operated by Cloud Riverdale Pty Ltd ("GoCatering", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
GoCatering connects customers with catering businesses ("caterers"). We provide the platform to discover listings, request bookings, receive quotes, and communicate. Any catering contract is entered into directly between the customer and the caterer; GoCatering is not a party to that contract.
Caterers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, holding required licences and insurance, complying with food-safety laws, and fulfilling confirmed bookings.
Reviews must be genuine and based on a real booking. You agree not to misuse the platform, post unlawful or misleading content, or attempt to disrupt the service.
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GoCatering is not liable for the acts or omissions of caterers or customers, or for the quality of catering services arranged through the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
